Delivery

Preparing the room for your new furnitureShortly before the due delivery day, usually the day before or the morning your order is due, please ensure your old bed has been moved to one side or even better, out of the room of choice. Unfortunately we cannot help you by removing the old bed and/ or mattress for health and safety reasons but most local councils offer a removal service to encourage responsible disposal. It is critical you do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until your new one has been delivered as on occasion deliveries may fail at the last minute for unforeseen reasons and we would hate you to be left with nothing to sleep on until we rearranged a new date.

On the day of delivery
On the day of delivery it’s a good idea to call the driver on the number we will have given you between 7.30 am and 9.00am for an approximate delivery time and to avoid having to wait in all day. Our first deliveries are often as early as 7.30 am but if you are the first drop we will usually alert you to this the day before. However, if you are receiving a new mattress, we would recommend you leave the packaging on for the first few days to check you and/or any partner are completely happy with it.

For health and safety reasons we are unfortunately unable to take back any mattresses where the packaging has been removed.Before our team leave do please check you are happy with everything and sign the delivery note. If there are any issues at all with your order please make some notes on the paperwork and the driver can feed it back to us straight away.

We always endeavour to keep you up to date with the progress of your order. However, if you are unsure about anything relating to when your order is due or likely to be booked in and would like an update, please call our customer services team on 0870 1994039

Delivery charges

If you are unable to take delivery of your goods on the pre arranged date and give us less than 48 hours notice, Similarly, if you are out when we arrive or you are running late, we are unable to wait more than a reasonable time and will have to move on to the next delivery and rearrange yours for another day at an additional charge
